Our streamlined process simplifies the journey, so you always know what to expect next.

1. Select your canvas
Choose from a wide range of floorplans. Please note your apartment will come with pre-selected quality inclusions as standard, as well your choice from two quality colour schemes.

2. Exchange
Exchange on your apartment to claim it as yours. Congratulations! It’s time to celebrate.

3. Design
Your post-exchange customisation journey starts now. Choose from over 100 quality upgrade options to create your custom vision.

4. Pricing
Based on your unique selections, we will provide you with a cost summary in what’s called a “variation price”.

5. Delivery
Once you have signed and returned your variation agreement, it’s time to start building. We will obtain all the necessary permits, order materials and maintain stringent standards for safety and craftsmanship. Throughout this stage, you will be kept up to date with regular and frequent communication.
