51 TOWNHOUSES, LAWSON
This development offers a burst of community and sustainable living in the thriving suburb of Lawson. The project compromises of 51 contemporary townhouses, each designed with functionality and environmentally responsible materials.
44 TOWNHOUSES, LAWSON
It’s life in Lawson reimagined. A lifestyle opportunity with 44 light-filled hillside villas. The $20m project saw the townhouses built with an eco-friendly design, with a focus on open-plan living spaces, gourmet kitchens and courtyards which allows residents to entertain.
CUSTOM BUILT HOMES
The team has been involved in building 20-30 custom homes per year.
32 APARTMENTS, TAYLOR
A 32-apartment development (Built to Rent) that allows residents to reconnect with nature, nestled next to local lakes and parkland. With open-land living considered, large windows allow fresh ventilation, allowing dwellers to bring the outside in and embrace the seasons.
MIXED-USE URBAN RENEWAL PROJECT
The $30m project will include a late night food hub, an eclectic mix of local shops and 60 authentic warehouse loft residences. The design will have attitude and authenticity and resemble a typology that you would find in the hip Sydney suburbs of Alexandria or Surry Hills.

QUEST MACQUARIE PARK
Superior accommodation for extended stay business travellers in Sydney’s ‘Silicon Valley’, Macquarie Park. The property has 111 keys, comprising studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartments and is now estimated to be worth $55m-$60m.

As part of a business portfolio with an estimated value of over $500 million, the group has ownership of 34 childcare centres spread across 3 states.
Custom Apartments’ childcare suite has been delivering exceptionally high level care for over 15 years with education and professional growth at its core. With centres spanning across the ACT, New South Wales and Victoria, highly skilled educators have been employed to make that all-important contribution to a child’s happiness.
RADIOLOGY CLINICS
As part of a business portfolio with an estimated value of over $500 million, the group has ownership of over 20 radiology practices, spread across 3 states.
CAMBODIAN TEMPLE
This project is the first Cambodian-style Buddhist temple in Canberra, and is a place for spiritual, community and humanitarian activities among Cambodians in the ACT. The total project cost was over $1.2 million for construction of the main building and car park. This project was completed at a very minimal margin to cover costs and was taken on to give back to the community.
